Andrea Meislin Gallery is pleased to share that three of Yuval Yairi‘s works are currently on view in the Ruth Youth Wing at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem. Curated by Hagit Allon, Senior Exhibition Curator in the Ruth Youth Wing, “Looking In, Looking Out: The Window in Art” explores the image of the window in art and its function as a “barrier between inside and out – a transition point between the artist and reality, between the viewer and the artwork.”

Two of Yairi’s images, “Malha” and “Room with a View,” are proudly featured in the exhibit, and a large third piece, commissioned for the exhibit, is featured outside the wing.

“Looking In, Looking Out: The Window in Art” opened May 7th and will be open through February 2011.
